Welkom op alweer de derde dag en tevens ook de laatste dag van Industrial Heat & Power!

Vandaag is de beurs voor bezoekers geopend van 10.00 – 17.00 uur.

BELANGRIJK: Afbouw
Na 17.00 uur kunt u uw stand afbreken en/of opruimen. Tot 17.00 uur is het niet toegestaan te beginnen met het op ruimen van uw stand. Karretjes e.d. worden dan ook nog niet toegestaan op de beursvloer en (transport)deuren blijven gesloten. Wij vragen u uit respect voor ook de laatste bezoekers uw stand enthousiast te bemannen tot en met sluitingstijd.

De afbouw start om 17.00 uur. Indien u all-in standbouw heeft, of deelneemt op een paviljoen/plein, kunt u deze opruimen tot 20.00 uur. Exposanten met vrije bouw kunnen vandaag afbouwen tot 22.00 uur. Voor exposanten met vrije bouw is er ook vrijdag 10 oktober nog gelegenheid af te bouwen van 08.00 – 17.00 uur.

• Vanaf 17.00 uur gaan de loopdeuren open in de hallen. U kunt alvast met karretjes/ pompwagens de hallen in en uit.
• Vanaf 18.00 uur gaan de grotere roldeuren open.
• Vrachtwagens kunnen het terrein van de Brabanthallen betreden vanaf 19.00 uur.

Let op ! à Het is niet mogelijk om na 17.00 uur op vrijdag 10 oktober materialen in de hal te laten staan en/of deze na 10 oktober op te halen.

Vanaf 10 oktober zijn de Brabanthallen weer in gebruik voor een ander event, en vrijdag na 17.00 uur starten hiervoor alweer de werkzaamheden. Materiaal dat na vrijdag 10 oktober 17.00 uur in de hallen staat wordt door de Brabanthallen voor uw rekening en risico verwijderd en mogelijk vernietigd.

Heeft u een bedrukte achterwand in uw all-in stand, en wilt u die volgend jaar weer hergebruiken?
Indien uw stand voorzien is van een gepersonaliseerd doek, dan is dit doek uw eigendom en geschikt voor hergebruik. Standaard zwarte of witte doeken (niet-gepersonaliseerde doeken), zijn en blijven eigendom van Decoriginals en worden aan u in bruikleen verstrekt, net zoals álle (aluminium en zwarte) frames. (Kijk hier voor meer info voor het verwijderen en opbergen van uw doek). Als u uw doek volgend jaar op tijd weer aanlevert (en uw wand dezelfde afmetingen heeft), monteert onze standbouw deze weer voor u voor tegen een kleine vergoeding. Let op, dat u uw doek zoveel mogelijk kreukvrij en schoon opslaat.

Afval & Achtergelaten restmateriaal
Laat uw stand of stand-locatie achter zoals u hem heeft aangetroffen. Achtergebleven foldermateriaal, lege dozen en ander restafval dient u zelf mee te nemen, tenzij u de afvoer hiervan via de Brabanthallen heeft geregeld. De kosten hiervan worden rechtstreeks door de Brabanthallen bij u in rekening gebracht.

IHP 2026 – 6 t/m 8 oktober 2026
De verduurzaming van de industrie is niet langer meer een ver van mijn bed show. In plaats van er over te praten en te plannen voor jaren verder, voert men nu uit, en is de verduurzaming van de industrie een feit. Stappen worden gezet en voorbeelden zijn volop te zien op het gebied van elektrificatie, e-boilers, industriële warmtepompen, damprecompressie oplossingen, technische isolatie, waterstoftechnologie, zowel op de podia, als in de stands. Met een volledig uitverkochte beursvloer deze editie belooft het in 2026 wederom een topeditie te worden met een nog grotere verscheidenheid aan oplossingen, innovaties en voorbeelden!

Gisteren heeft u op uw stand al een brief ontvangen over de mogelijkheden voor deelname aan de achtste editie van Industrial Heat & Power in 2026. Inmiddels zijn de eerste stands bevestigd of in optie geplaatst. U, als exposant van de huidige beurs, heeft uiteraard een streepje bij ons voor richting IHP 2026. Als u tijdens de beurs alweer inschrijft voor IHP 2026 dan bent u verzekerd van de scherpste prijs die alleen voor exposanten geldt én kunt u als eerste kiezen voor uw huidige locatie. U vindt ons in de Exposanten- en Netwerklounge in hal 7, waar we graag een kop koffie met u drinken.

Dear Exhibitor,

Welcome to the third and final day of Industrial Heat & Power! Today the fair is open to visitors from 10.00 - 17.00 hours.

IMPORTANT: Dismantle
After 17.00 hrs you can dismantle and/or tidy up your stand. Until 17.00 hrs it is not allowed to start clearing your stand. Trolleys etc. are not allowed on the exhibition floor and (transport) doors will remain closed. We ask you out of respect for the last visitors to man your stand enthusiastically until closing time.

The dismantling starts at 17.00 hrs and if you have all-in stand construction you can clear it until 20.00 hrs. Exhibitors with free construction can dismantle until 22.00. For exhibitors with free stand construction, there is also the opportunity to dismantle the stand on Friday, October 10, from 08.00 - 17.00 hours.

• From 17.00 hrs onwards the doors in the halls will open. You can already enter and exit the halls with trolleys / pump trucks.
• From 18.00 the larger rolling doors will open.
  
• Trucks can enter the terrain of the Brabanthallen from 19.00 hours.

Attention !
It is not possible to leave materials in the halls after 17.00 hrs on Friday October 10 and/or to collect them after 10 October.

From October 10, the Brabanthallen will be used again for another event, and Friday after 17.00 hours the work will start again. Material that is left in the halls after Friday, October 10, 17.00 hrs. will be removed and possibly destroyed by the Brabanthallen at your expense and risk.

Do you want to recycle or re-use your full colour printed visual in your all-in stand next year?
If your stand is equipped with a personalised cloth, this cloth is your property and suitable for reuse. Standard black or white canvases (non-personalised canvases), are and remain the property of Decoriginals and are provided to you on loan, as are all (aluminium and black) frames. (See here for more info on removing and storing your canvas). If you provide your canvas again on time next year (and your back wall has the same dimensions), our stand construction will mount it again for you for a small fee. Please make sure you store your canvas as wrinkle-free and clean as possible.

Waste
You must leave your stand / stand location swept clean. Remaining leaflets, stand material and other waste will be removed by the Brabanthallen and the costs will be charged to you directly by the Brabanthallen.

IHP 2026 - October 6 to 8, 2026
Making industry more sustainable is no longer a far cry from my bed show. Instead of talking about it and planning for years to come, people are now executing, and industry sustainability is a reality. Steps are being taken and examples abound in the areas of electrification, e-boilers, industrial heat pumps, vapor recompression solutions, technical insulation, hydrogen technology, both on the stages, and in the stands. The exhibition floor of this edition of Industrial Heat & Power was completely sold out promises even more good, and we expect an even greater variety of solutions, innovations and examples!

Yesterday, you already received a letter at your booth about the opportunities for participation in the seventh edition of Industrial Heat & Power in 2026. Meanwhile, the first booths have been confirmed or optioned. You, as an exhibitor of the current fair, obviously have an edge with us towards IHP 2026. If you already register for IHP 2026 during the fair, then you are assured of the most competitive price which only applies to exhibitors and you can choose your current location first. You can find us in the Exhibitor and Networking Lounge in Hall 7, where we are happy to have a cup of coffee with you.
